Overview
Skylights and roof hatches are the two most common places we see both leaks and OSHA exposures. We replace failed domes, add fall-protection screens, install code-compliant hatches with guardrails and re-curb equipment to the height the membrane manufacturer requires.
When new rooftop units or exhaust fans are added, we coordinate with your mechanical contractor so curbs are flashed by roofers, not by the HVAC crew.
