How Coatings performs in Houston
A fluid-applied restoration coating is not a paint job. After power washing, repairing seams, replacing wet insulation and reinforcing every penetration, we apply silicone or acrylic at a measured mil thickness that creates a seamless, reflective membrane over the existing roof.
Because restoration is often treated as maintenance rather than a capital replacement, many owners can budget it differently. It only works on roofs that are still mostly dry, which is why every coating proposal starts with an infrared scan.
