Roofing for retail centers

Multi-tenant roofs with restaurants, signage and shoppers who should never notice us.

How we plan the work

Strip centers and power centers carry mixed exposures: grease from restaurants, signage penetrations, and tenant HVAC work that damages the roof. We sequence work tenant by tenant, send notices on your letterhead and keep parking open during business hours.

Our recommended approach is usually TPO with PVC around restaurant exhaust, grease containment on every fan and a maintenance plan that bills cleanly to CAM charges.

Our priorities on site

  • Tenant-by-tenant sequencing and notices
  • PVC zones and grease containment at restaurants
  • Night crane picks to keep parking open
  • CAM-friendly maintenance reporting
  • Signage and parapet flashing
