Six roof systems, specified for Gulf Coast heat, hail and wind

Every building gets the membrane its operations call for, not the one a salesperson stocks. Pick a system to see where it fits.

Leak today, crew on the roof in four hours

A live dispatcher answers every call, assigns the nearest stocked truck and texts you the technician's name and arrival window. The first visit stops the water whenever conditions allow.

  • Priority dispatch and pre-approved repair limits for agreement customers
  • Cause photos and moisture readings, not just sealant
  • Every ticket logged to your roof history in the client portal (demo)

42Point checklist on every service visit

Maintenance plans that protect the warranty

Spring and fall visits with a 42-point checklist catch clogged drains, open flashings and HVAC trade damage while they are still line items instead of claims.

  • Drain, scupper and gutter clearing every visit
  • Graded photo report with a five-year budget
  • Post-storm walks after every named storm

Industries we roof every week

Different buildings fail in different ways. Our crews know the rules of each one before they climb the ladder.

Huge low-slope decks, 24-hour dock schedules and inventory that cannot get wet. A leak over racked inventory is a claim; a crane in the truck court is a shutdown.

Roofing for warehouses and distribution

Multi-tenant roofs with restaurants, signage and shoppers who should never notice us. Twelve tenants, twelve leases, and a restaurant exhaust fan eating the membrane.

Roofing for retail centers

Infection control, air intakes and patients below. No shortcuts. Roof odors pulled into an air handler can close an operating suite.

Roofing for healthcare facilities

Summer-break schedules, public bidding and roofs that take a beating from maintenance crews. Ten weeks of summer to finish a roof that must last 25 years.

Roofing for schools and education

Process heat, chemical exhaust and production lines that cannot stop for a roofer. A plant shutdown costs more per hour than the whole roofing crew per week.

Roofing for manufacturing plants

Our production line never stopped. Their safety paperwork was cleaner than some of our own contractors.

Almost always. We phase work into daily dry-in sections, protect interiors below open areas, coordinate noisy tasks and schedule crane picks around your operations.

Service agreement customers inside our core area have a 4-hour on-site target, 24/7 (sample SLA). Non-agreement calls are dispatched in order of interior risk, usually the same day.

For most roofs under 250,000 sq ft we walk the roof within 3 business days of your request and deliver a written proposal within 5 to 7 business days after the survey (sample timelines). Larger portfolios are scheduled together.

A No Dollar Limit warranty from the membrane manufacturer covers materials and labor for leaks caused by defects or installation, without a cap tied to the original price. Terms vary by manufacturer; the figures on this site are samples.

Scopes differ. One bid may include tapered insulation, deck replacement allowances and new edge metal while another quietly excludes them. Our proposals list inclusions and exclusions line by line so you can compare fairly.
