Roofing for warehouses and distribution

Huge low-slope decks, 24-hour dock schedules and inventory that cannot get wet.

A leak over racked inventory is a claim; a crane in the truck court is a shutdown.

How we plan the work

Distribution centers along the Port of Houston and the Beltway 8 corridor run around the clock. Our replacement plans map crane placement and material staging around dock doors and yard traffic, and we coordinate with your logistics manager on a weekly look-ahead.

For tilt-wall buildings from 100,000 to 600,000 sq ft, we typically recommend 60 mil TPO with tapered insulation to eliminate ponding, reinforced walkway pads to rooftop units and ES-1 edge metal for hurricane exposure.

  • Daily dry-in over racked inventory
  • Tapered insulation to kill ponding
  • Hurricane-rated perimeter details
