Roofing for schools and education

Summer-break schedules, public bidding and roofs that take a beating from maintenance crews.

Ten weeks of summer to finish a roof that must last 25 years.

How we plan the work

School districts and private campuses need roofs finished before the first bell in August. We bid through co-ops and public procurement, provide bonds and prevailing wage documentation, and plan crew counts backwards from the start date.

For K-12 buildings we favor redundant modified bitumen or 80 mil single-ply with walkway protection, because maintenance traffic and athletic field balls are real roof loads.
