The challenge
The building ran three shifts with 118 dock doors, and 40 percent of the old roof insulation was wet.
Our approach
- Infrared survey mapped 164,000 sq ft of wet insulation for removal
- Crane picks scheduled at 5:30 am shift change on the non-dock side
- Tapered polyiso rebuilt slopes to 32 drains
- Daily dry-in sections of 7,000 to 9,000 sq ft
They built the schedule around our trucks instead of asking us to work around their crane.
